Meet the Owners

Inez Coffee Co. was born from a friendship and a shared vision. Gina and Evelyn met as co-workers in nursing, where long days and meaningful work revealed a common passion for caring for people and creating connection beyond the clinical setting.

Gina, originally from Cincinnati, and Evelyn, from N. Kentucky, often talked about building something together that felt grounding and personal—something that could bring people together in a simple, approachable way. Coffee became the natural center of that idea: familiar, comforting, and shared across tables, conversations, and communities.

Drawing from their backgrounds in leadership and service, they created Inez Coffee Co. with intention and care. Every signature drink, every interaction, and every event is approached with warmth, attention, and pride in quality.

Their goal is to grow more than a coffee business. Gina and Evelyn are building a space on wheels that encourages connection, consistency, and community, one cup at a time.
